This 2022 Ram 2500 Laramie Sport is a Mega Cab pickup that was modified under previous ownership with the American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) Prospector XL package. Its AEV specification includes a Warn winch, AEV bumpers, 17″ AEV Katla 10 wheels, 40″ Toyo tires, a 3″ DualSport RT suspension with Bilstein remote-reservoir dampers, and a ~$15k two-tone paint scheme with custom colors. The truck was also ordered with a 12″ touchscreen, the Towing Technology Group B package, the Snow Chief Group with a limited-slip rear axle, and the Laramie Level B equipment group, which featured heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and a Harman Kardon sound system. Power comes from a 6.7-liter Cummins turbodiesel inline-six linked with a six-speed automatic transmission. Acquired by the seller in 2023, this 2500 Mega Cab AEV has 1,700 miles and is offered at no reserve in Arizona with window stickers, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Montana title in the seller’s name.
The truck’s custom green paint is contrasted by gray elements on the hood, roof, tailgate, and lower cladding. Equipment includes a Warn 16.5tis winch, AEV bumpers, HighMark fender flares, power side steps, and a rear receiver hitch. The 6’4″ box has a spray-in bedliner, an AEV bed rack with crossbars, and a full-size spare tire.
AEV 17″ Katla 10 wheels are mounted with 40×13.50″ Toyo Open Country M/T tires. The AEV DualSport RT suspension raised the ride height by 3″ and has remote-reservoir Bilstein 8100-series shock absorbers.
The heated and ventilated front seats are trimmed in black leather with contrasting piping, and the five-passenger cab has a sunroof, a 17-speaker sound system, wireless charging, heated rear seats, and Uconnect 5 infotainment with a 12″ touchscreen.
The driver is aided by a surround-view camera system, a cargo-view camera, remote start, blind-spot monitoring, front and rear ParkSense, trailer-sway damping, and trailer reversing guidance. The digital odometer indicates 1,700 miles, approximately 100 of which have been added under current ownership.
The 6.7-liter Cummins turbodiesel inline-six was factory rated at 370 horsepower and 850 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to the rear or all four-wheels through a six-speed 68RFE automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a limited-slip rear axle with 3.73:1 gearing.
