This 1967 Pontiac GTO hardtop was refurbished under previous ownership, sold on BaT in May 2022, and acquired by the current owner in 2023. The car is finished in red over black and is powered by a 400ci V8 linked with a rebuilt three-speed automatic transmission and a Safe-T-Track differential. Additional equipment includes a black vinyl roof, Rallye II-style 14″ wheels, power-assisted front disc brakes, a
Holley Sniper fuel-injection unit, a Hurst dual-gate shifter, power steering, and a Delco push-button radio. This GTO is now offered in Arizona on dealer consignment with Pontiac Historic Services documents and a clean Wisconsin title.
The car was finished from the factory in Regimental Red (R) and was refinished under previous ownership. Features include a black vinyl roof covering, stacked headlights, a hood scoop, a remote-control driver-side mirror, GTO badging, and chrome trim on the grille, bumpers, window surrounds, and rocker panels.
Rally II-style 14″ wheels feature polished trim rings and are wrapped in 225/70 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. The car is equipped with power steering and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The interior features front buckets seats and a rear bench trimmed in black vinyl along with a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Simulated woodgrain trim accents the dash and center console, and amenities include lap belts, a heater, a Hurst dual-gate shifter, and a Delco push-button radio.
The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer and a fuel-level gauge as well as warning lights for the battery, oil pressure, and temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 839 miles, which is said to represent the mileage accrued since the refurbishment. Almost 800 miles were added under current ownership.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed Turbo Hydra-Matic automatic transmission and a Safe-T-Track differential. The transmission was rebuilt in October 2023.
Documentation accompanying the car includes copies of 1966-dated manufacturer’s press releases and Pontiac Historic Services paperwork detailing serial numbers, colors, and equipment.
