This 1975 Ford F-150 Custom is a SuperCab short-bed pickup acquired by the seller in 2024, after which the body was removed from the frame, stripped, and refinished in factory Wind Blue with a Wimbledon White cab top. The frame was refinished and window and door weatherstripping was replaced along with the blue fabric and vinyl upholstery. The suspension and brakes were overhauled, a 3.5″ suspension lift was added, and the 360ci V8 and C6 three-speed automatic transmission were rebuilt. The truck is equipped with 15″ steel wheels, power-assisted front disc brakes, power steering, Bilstein shocks, air conditioning, and an aftermarket stereo. This dentside F-150 is now offered in California with refurbishment photos, a Deluxe Marti report, and a clean Arizona title in the seller’s name.
The SuperCab short-bed body was removed from the frame, media-blasted, and refinished in Wind Blue with a Wimbledon White cab roof. The window and door seals were reportedly replaced and AMK replacement hardware was used during the reinstallation. Features included a bright grille, a sliding rear window, chrome bumpers, dual side mirrors, and vent windows.
The 15″ steel wheels wear bright hubcaps and are mounted with BFGoodrich All Terrain tires measuring 33×12.5. A 3.5″ Autofab suspension lift was fitted along with new I-beam and radius arm bushings, and the truck is equipped with power steering. The power-assisted front disc and rear drum brakes received a new master cylinder, rotors, wheel cylinders, seals, bearings, and hoses along with rebuilt front calipers.
The split front bench and folding rear bench were retrimmed in blue cloth and fabric with color-keyed door trim panels and replacement carpets. Air conditioning is fitted along with a Centech wiring harness, a floor shifter, and an aftermarket stereo.
The wood-rimmed aftermarket steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer, an ammeter, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 9k miles. Total mileage is unknown.
The 360ci V8 was overhauled in 2024 and is reportedly equipped with a mild RV camshaft along with an Edelbrock 1406 four-barrel carburetor, a recored factory radiator, and a dual exhaust system exiting ahead of the rear axle.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a rebuilt C6 three-speed automatic transmission.
The Deluxe Marti report indicates factory colors and options along with a build date of September 5, 1974.
Photos taken during the refurbishment are presented in the gallery below.
