Finished in Nero Metallizzato over Crema leather upholstery, it is powered by a 3.2-liter F105C V8 paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels, a black soft top, a beige convertible top boot, a gated shifter, a Kenwood CD stereo, power windows, and air conditioning. Work in preparation for the sale consisted of changing the fluids, repairing electrical issues, and replacing the timing and accessory belts along with the air-conditioning compressor, battery, clutch slave cylinder, ignition components, brake hoses, tires, and more as detailed below. Refinished 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels were fitted with 205/55 front and 225/50 rear Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02 tires in September 2024. Braking is handled by four-wheel vented discs, and the hoses have been replaced at each corner.

The front bucket seats and the individual rear seats are upholstered in Crema leather, and the lower dashboard, center console, and door panels are trimmed to match. Additional appointments include a gated shifter, a Kenwood CD stereo, power windows, and air conditioning. In preparation for the sale, the front-seat upholstery was re-dyed and the air-conditioning compressor and high-pressure switch were replaced.

The leather-wrapped MOMO three-spoke steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7,750-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 24k miles, approximately 200 of which were added under current ownership.

The transverse 3.2-liter F105C V8 features four valves per cylinder and was factory rated at 260 horsepower and 213 lb-ft of torque. Engine-out work in 2024 included replacing the timing and accessory belts, rebuilding their tensioners, and changing the fluids along with checking the valve clearances, cleaning the engine and bay, and refinishing the timing and valve covers and the water-pump housing. Various electrical repairs were carried out, and the following components were also replaced:
