This 1978 Ford Bronco Ranger XLT is powered by a 460ci V8 fitted with a Holley carburetor, an Edelbrock intake manifold, MSD ignition, and a dual exhaust system with short-tube exhaust headers. Finished in white and red with a removable fiberglass hardtop, the truck is further equipped with 17″ American Racing wheels, a suspension lift, Rancho shock absorbers, Warn manually locking front hubs, front disc brakes with Hydroboost, and an aluminum radiator. On the inside, the bench seats are upholstered in red vinyl with cloth inserts and are joined by air conditioning, a Grant steering wheel, a roll bar, and a retro-style digital radio. Acquired by the current owner in 2024, this Bronco is now offered on dealer consignment with a Pennsylvania title in the current owner’s name.
The truck is finished in white and red and features a removable fiberglass hardtop. Additional details include square headlights, chrome bumpers, low-mount mirrors, Bully side steps, window tint film, a front LED light bar, a receiver hitch, and a power-operated rear window. The 17″ American Racing wheels feature black simulated beadlocks and are mounted with 315/70 Cooper Discoverer MTP tires. The truck rides on a lifted suspension and is equipped with power steering, Warn manually locking front hubs, and Rancho shock absorbers with quad shocks up front. Braking is handled by hydroboosted front discs and rear drums.
The split-folding front bench and fold-and-tumble rear bench are upholstered in red vinyl with cloth inserts, and white bedliner material has been applied to the exposed metal surfaces. Faux wood trim accents the dash, and appointments include a padded roll bar, air conditioning, a retro-style digital radio, and dual roof-mounted grab handles. The removable hardtop trim pieces are missing and the rear carpets are faded.
The wood-rimmed Grant steering wheel is mounted on a tilt column and frames an 85-mph speedometer as well as gauges for oil pressure, fuel level, amperage, and coolant temperature. An auxiliary gauge for monitoring coolant temperature is mounted below the dash. The five-digit odometer shows 8k miles, approximately 100 of which have been added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
